Enrique studied Architectural Engineering in Mexico, developing knowledge in design, construction, project analysis and space planning. In Canada, he complemented that background with a Post-Diploma in Business Administration.
Before working in real estate, he led teams and projects in commercial and industrial cleaning. That experience strengthened his approach to management, negotiation, service and problem solving.
He now applies that combination to help buyers and sellers better understand the property, the numbers and the process. His perspective does not replace an independent inspection or legal, tax or mortgage advice.
